Alan holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Educational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. His undergraduate work was in Journalism, completed at West Virginia University.
He is currently the Principal of Hopkinton Middle School and has been at this post for nine years. He has previously served as Director of Secondary Education(2009-2011), the Director of Humanities (2007-2009), and the Assistant Principal at John J. Ahern Middle School in Foxborough (2006-2007). Before his administrative career, he served as an English Teacher in the Foxborough public school district (2001-2006).
Mrs. Benbenek has served in the role of Assistant Principal at HMS since 2013. Prior to becoming an administrator, Ann was an English teacher for twenty years; at Gibbons Middle School (1998-2013) and West Boylston Middle School (1993-1998).
Ann holds a Master of Education from Cambridge College and an undergraduate degree in English and Secondary Education from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
Prior to arriving to Hopkinton, Mr. Ocampo spent ten years at Framingham High School. He started his career as a paraprofessional (2010-2013) and eventually assumed the position of Special Education Teacher - English (2013-2020). Chris also served as the Director of the Extended School Year program at Framingham (2016-2020).
Chris holds a Master of Education in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a Master of Education in Special Education from American International College. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bridgewater State University.
